We are an organisation dedicated to the eradication of workplace bullying that provides easy access to information and coaching to individuals to build their confidence to deal and handle work-related issues locally and nationally.

It has become apparent most people encounter some form of bullying during their work life whether they work in a public sector or a private sector organisation. It is crucial that individuals have the right access to information, advice and tools to know how to handle and manage the situation they are confronted with.

It has become more crucial for an individual within a work environment to be able to identify behaviours, signs and having the prevention skills to make the transition to becoming a master of bullying which leads to an individual to tackle and challenge these behaviours and actions taken by bullies.
